 Many GM Vehicle owners find that the bass performance of their factory system leaves a lot to be desired. Some opt to change the entire system, while other just want to add-an-amp and subwoofer. The SVHGMAA1 when used in conjunction with PAC SOEM-4 (formerly Peripheral SVEN4) is the worlds first GM CLASS-2 Add-an Amp product that allow customers to add an aftermarket amplifier while retaining the factory stereo system. The aftermarket amp can be used to power a subwoofer, center channel etc. The GM radio will provide a data controlled amp-turn-on output of +12V so that the amp will turn on/off with the radio. The SVHGMAA1 plugs into the 24-PIN CONNECTOR on the back of the radio and is concealed behind the dash. The SVHGMAA1 is compatible with the select 2000-08 GM Model/Years listed in the pull-down menu above (when ordering a vehicle selection is required) and must be used in conjunction with the SOEM-4.

The SVHGMAA1 is not a standalone device. It MUST BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH PAC SOEM-4 (formerly Peripheral SVEN4) interface. Will *NOT* work with the SOEM-2, SOEM-T nor the SVEN2.
