Do you want to quickly and easily replace the factory GM LAN Radio and retain GM safety features?
If so, you need the C2R-GM11 Version 1.4.6a. This device is a plug-n-play Chime and Data-bus Integration Interface that will allow you to replace the GM LAN Radio with the aftermarket radio of your choosing. The C2R-GM11 is compatible with the select 2006-Up GM LAN 11-pin Radios listed in the drop-down menu below without OnStar® or when OnStar is not serviced or unwanted. The C2R-GM11 interface replicates all factory warning chimes, audible turn signal indicators and provides a data bus generated 12 Volt accessory output that acts just as GM’s R.A.P. (Retained Accessory Power) system did prior to radio removal. R.A.P. keeps the radio powered after the key is off, until the driver door is opened or a 10 minute timer ends, whichever comes first. The C2R-GM11 also provides a single wire output for connecting an optional SWI-RC Steering wheel control interface available for aftermarket Alpine, Clarion, Eclipse, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer, Sony, and many other radios. The SWI-RC (sold separately) retain the convenience of factory steering wheel controls when upgrading the factory radio with an aftermarket radio.
By using the C2R-GM11 interface, the Parking Assist System will receive a “healthy” system status and the Rear Seat Audio controls will also be available for use (if equipped).

» Enables aftermarket radio installation without retention of the factory radio
» Supplies the appropriate warning tone from it's built-in speaker such as; door ajar, seat belt, low oil pressure, hi-temp, low fuel, etc.
» Safe & Sound Class II circuitry will not disable vehicle data bus even if interface loses power
» Provides +12v switched accessory output. No more searching for switched +12v in fuse box or kick panel
» New radio will operate with the vehicle RAP (Retained Accessory Power) system. The radio stays on for 10 minutes after the key is turned off.
» Will work with or without factory amplified audio system.
Compatibility Notes: ( please read before purchasing this part )
1. The C2R-GM11 is compatible with select 2006-Up GM "BOSE Amplified System", "Standard" or " BOSE®" if OnStar® retention is *NOT* required.
2. Recommended for use with aftermarket radios with 2- 4V Line level outputs.
3. C2R-GM11 does *NOT* retain factory XM. Replacing the radio means you will *NOT* be able to retain factory XM.

1. To retain Onstar, you must use the OS-311 interface instead.
2. To retain steering wheel controls you must purchase the SWI-RC steering wheel control interface. (sold separately).
