The FORD/CAN AUX connects to the RSE (Rear Seat Entertainment/Satellite Radio) port of select 2005-Up Ford/Lincoln/Mercury radios to input audio from ANY AUDIO device [i.e. MP3, DVD, Satellite Radio, X-BOX, VHS player, iPods)]. Have a blast the next time you drive to work, home or wherever your travels may take you.
COMPATIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND NOTES: [This section will inform you of the specific requirements for your factory radio to be compatible with the FORD/CAN AUX. Not all Factory radios are compatible with the FORD/CAN AUX. Please read these notes before purchasing this part]
1. The FORD/CAN AUX is compatible with select 2005-09 vehicles listed in the drop-down menu below.
2. The compatible radio will have this "AUX" button on the faceplate and this 16 & 24-PIN connector.
3. The FORD/CAN AUX works in conjunction with factory RSE and/or SAT Tuner. You will not have to disable or disconnect them.
5. Auxiliary input adapters DO *NOT* provide Controls or Charging. To control iPod products on Ford radios purchase the iSFD571 or FORD/CAN M-LINK2 instead.
