This harness splits the 24-pin connector on select Quadlock into 2 separate 12-pin plugs used to connect CD Changer/Satellite Radio/Aux connector (also known as the "B" connector seen HERE and the 24-pin plug fits the slot on the radio plugs as indicated by the arrow in the detailed image below.
Many customers use this part for retrofitting radios in select BMW, VW, Audio vehicles with Quadlock plugs
