How do i place an order with your company?
You may order online at any hour of the day or night using our

Can i place my order over the
phone?
For
security reason we no longer
accept credit card orders by
phone. We are now required to
verify the CVV2/CVC2 numbers on
the back (Visa, MasterCard,
Discover) or on the front (AMEX)
of the card and prefer you make
this entry online instead of
providing this information to an
operator. Your credit card
number and CVV2 numbers are
encrypted so that only the last
4 digits and the expiration
dates are visible to our
customer service staff. Your
cooperation and understanding of
this policy is appreciated.

"availability" listing, is it
reliable and up to date?
Every item on our site has an
"availability" listing. This
listing is updated during office
hours (M-F 11:30AM-6:30PM). It
is possible that an item you
ordered has "SOLD OUT" during
non-office hours and if so you will
be notified by email upon
discovery and given
an approximate ship date or the
option to cancel. Items that are
"NOT IN STOCK" will
automatically backorder and ship
when available.

Discount Car Stereo.com can
virtually ship to any address in
the world using both UPS (United
Parcel Service) and
USPS (United States Postal Service) carriers.
How much does it cost to
ship?
Our shipping rates are based
on weight, destination, delivery
method. Our website is
setup to handle your shipping
rates requests based on the options of
your choosing.
To estimate
shipping: add the items to your
cart, click checkout or
click the "estimate shipping" button on
the right side of the page.
You will then be able to
select between the two carriers
and their shipping methods/rates. For delivery
speed see below.
Shipping quote is calculated in
real time based on your
destination and delivery method and
unavailable by phone or email.
How long will it take for my
order to arrive?
Delivery time is based on the
shipping method selected at
checkout. USA customers can
expect delivery within 7 working
days. International customers
can expect delivery within 30
days.
When will my order ship?
Most orders for "in stock"
merchandise ship the same day if
the order is received by 3:00PM
ET on weekdays. Orders for "in
stock" items placed
Saturday, Sunday or after 3:00PM
on Friday will ship the
following Monday (except
holidays).
I paid extra for fast
delivery, but you did not ship
my order the same day-- why?
The Shipping method is the amount of
time required for your shipment
to arrive after we ship (transit
time) and does not include
processing your order and
verifying your payment information.
The
credit card issuing bank must
validate your name/address
information prior to shipping. If they are delays you will be
notified by email and your order will ship
upon bank approval. Delivery
time will begin after the order
has shipped and does not include
weekends or holidays.
They are
no refunds for delays due to
credit card verification.
I'm an international customer
but my country is not listed in
the pull-down menu-- why?
We do ship to select
international destinations and
at this time we will only ship
to the countries listed. Please
do not order if the
international destination
country is not listed, or
selecting a listed country then
request we ship to another. All
international orders where the
ship to address is to an
unlisted country will be
voided and refunded. Your
cooperation and understanding of
this policy is appreciated.

country to country, and also vary depending on the merchandise being imported.

you are considered the importer of the goods and must comply with all laws and

assessed, such fees are collected from the recipient.
Our shipping charges cover the cost of delivery
only.
Please also note that it is illegal for Discount Car
Stereo.com to reduce the "declared value" of an item in order to minimize duty
or tax fees. The price you pay will appear as the items value.

will you order arrive?
Whenever an order has been
dispatched you'll receive an
email with UPS tracking, USPS delivery
or signature confirmation
details. You may also login
to your account, click order history to get
specific information, such as
the parcel tracking information.
Most US deliveries take from 2-7
working days after we ship. For
security purposes an adult
signature is required upon
delivery.
Tracking Information
For your peace of mind, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account;
simply
Sign-in to log into the system using your email
address and password. Click
"View Order status" then the Track
button.
UPS
Tracking and USPS (express
mal only) details
displayed in our tracking page
are updated by the carriers
not by us and because of that the
information you see is the same
information available
to our representatives.
USPS
Priority Mail Shipments: All
Priority Mail shipments include
a "Delivery confirmation" or
"Signature confirmation" numbers,
these are not tracking
number. The email notification you
receive is proof of the actual
mailing date for your package and not that the post
office has been notified by the
shipping partner as displayed on
the USPS website. Please allow
2-7 days for your shipment
to arrive.
