The revolutionary PXAMG OEM Integration Solution seamlessly integrates iPod™, HD or Sirius Radio™ technology and many other portable media products into the factory audio system—without losing any of the factory features and controls.
Unlike other integration solutions the PXAMG unique technology doesn't affect factory-installed components such as 6-disc CD changer, CD/DVD changer or satellite radio. When you connect the PXAMG to the audio system, your vehicle recognizes it as an additional component. And since the PXAMG system utilizes the factory audio system connectors, it installs easily without compromising your vehicle's warranty. (See footnotes).
The PXAMG works with the iPhone and all iPod versions that use the standard 30-pin dock connector (Mini, Nano, Touch, Classic, Video, Photo, iPhone) and provides dual iPod control from either the clickwheel or the factory radio buttons, allowing users to track forward and back for songs and browse by Artist, Playlist, Genre, and Album. If controlled from the radio buttons, this information is displayed on the Radio screen for easy navigation.
Supports HD Radio OR Sirius Radio: Add the HDRT HD Radio tuner OR SC-C1 Sirius Tuner to receive HD radio stations or Sirius Satellite Radio programing.
The HDRT (sold separately) receives analog and digital HD Radio stations and provides complete control of AM and FM tuning through the factory radio. The HDRT displays all HD Radio information on the radio screen, as well as the artist and song when broadcast, or Add the SC-C1 Sirius Radio Tuner (sold separately) to receive Satellite Radio programing. The total evolution of Peripheral’s next generation PXAMG is the only iPod interface in the world today that integrates completely in the select vehicles listed on this APPLICATION GUIDE.

1. Compatible with select 2005-11 Ford, Lincoln, Mercury models listed in this APPLICATION GUIDE -- see #2.
2. Radios must be
“CAN-BUS”, Satellite "Ready", OR have “MP3” printed the face, an AUX button and Ford Phase-II 16/24-pin connectors on the back.
3. Installation requires a specific vehicle harness: PGHFD1 or PGHFD1 + PGHFD1A for vehicles with LCD display above radio. See Footnotes.
4. The PXAMG is fully compatible with Ford Satellite Radio and/or Rear Seat Entertainment systems. You don't have to disconnect them to install this part. [Not Compatible with Ford "Sync"]

1. 2008-09 Mariner, Focus, Escape, F150, Flex, MKS with separate LCD display requires the PGHFD1A (sold separately). This in addition to the PGHFD1.

3. Software version .37f is required for Apple iPhone & Touch models running 3.0 Operating System (OS) and Radios with Internal Satellite Radio Tuners.
