Product Description: The GM9-AUX will convert the 9-pin CD Changer port on select 1995-05 GM OEM (factory) radios into an Auxiliary Audio input. Once the GM9-AUX is installed you can connect any audio device directly into the vehicle’s factory stereo system. Direct connection means that the audio from your MP3 Player, iPod™, DVD, Satellite Radio, Walkman, X-BOX, Playstation, etc will be loud and clear. This plug-n-play option surpasses FM modulation which is the current method of introducing audio in these systems.
COMPATIBILITY & NOTES: [The following requirements must be met for this part to work in listed vehicles.]
1. All 2000-2005 Vehicles listed in the pull-down menu above with AM/FM/CD Radios are Compatible.
2. 1995-1999 Chevy, GMC & Pontiac with AM/FM/CD Radios are NOT COMPATIBLE.
3. 1995-2002 Vehicles with AM/FM/Cassette Radios are Compatible. Slave unit must be disconnected.
4. GM9-AUX NOT compatible with single DIN 6-disc (in-dash) slave CD Changer because the GM9-AUX takes the place of this 6-disc slave CD Changer.
5. Radios MUST have an AUX button on the face, AND this 9-pin connector on the back of the radio. [slave units must be disconnected].

† Radio in these vehicles must be AM/FM/Cassette with 'TAPE/AUX' button. Separate OEM CD must be disconnected for the GM9-AUX to work.

2. GM Radios pre-wired to the trunk with 10-pin connector are compatible with the GM10-AUX.
