Product Description: Many factory stereos have controls for a factory CD changer. If yours does, then you might be able to take advantage of our factory compatible CD Changers. The factory or dealer-option CD changer can cost as much as $1,000 and that may not include the installation fee. These factory compatible CD Changers connects and is controlled just like the factory option, but often at less than half the cost and since it's a direct connection, the sound quality is greatly improved when compared to the FM Modulated option. The SCD-VO5i 6-disc factory compatible CD Changer was designed exclusively for 2001-06 model year Volvo vehicles. Volvo Owners are pleased to find that not only can they purchase a compatible CD Changer, but also Save BIG $$$. The SCD-VO5i Changer is compatible with all 2001-04 Volvo S40, V40. 2001-06 S60, S70, V70, S80, SC70 CD Changer Control Radios with the 8-pin DIN connector on the back of the radio.-- Not compatible with Volvo Navigation radios.

Installation Notes:
1. The included 16 ft. DIN cable allows for quick plug-in type connection to the factory radio's 8-pin connector and can then be routed to the designated location where the CD Changer will be installed.
2. Not compatible with prewired cable in trunk
3. These changers are NOT compatible with factory mounting brackets.
