You can quickly listen and search your iPod tracks directly from your factory radio or the steering wheel buttons. No cigarette lighter power wire connection or FM Modulator are needed. Better than that, the VW02/PC-POD charges your iPod on your way to work, the beach, or wherever you choose to go. You can quickly search through your music collection by playlist. Simply configure your favorite iPod™ music into 6 identifiable playlists, you can then select these playlists using the disc select functions of your factory radio. Each playlist is seen as a disc to the radio and has the capacity to hold up to 9,999 songs! The power to control key playback functions is at the touch of your fingertips.

Vehicle Application & Notes: [These requirements must be met for this part to work]
1. Compatible with All 2002-05 models equipped with "PREMIUM 6" AM/FM/CD/Cassette radio ( 12-Pin port behind radio) includes AM/FM/CD radio in 2004-Up Tuareg.
2. You may also use the VW/PC-POD if vehicle is factory pre-wired with a 12-Pin data cable in rear driver side.
3. Not compatible with any VW radio that has an 8-pin connector at the radio ---- [see our VWR/PC-POD2 ]
4. When the VW02/PC-POD is used, a CD Changer connection will not be possible because the interface takes the place of the CD Changer.
5. When the VW02/PC-POD is connected you will NOT be able to control your iPod using the iPod buttons. iPod clickwheel disabled.
6. Not compatible with 2005 6-Disc satellite-ready Radio.
7. This interface will not display text through radio screen, you will see playlist and track #‘s only.

1. The VW02/PC-POD only allows controls from the radio buttons. The iPod clickwheel and display are disabled when connected to this adapter.
