The New CHRY02/PC-POD2 adapter allows you to control iPod products with your radio buttons (even steering wheel controls if you have them) — including controls for track up/down, fast forward, and rewind. The iPod itself is not disabled (as in previous adapters), giving you access to all your playlists and menus via clickable scrollwheel. And you won't have to worry about sound quality. The wired connection ensures the best possible audio performance from your iPod. Once everything is installed, you'll be able to access the iPod by pressing "Mode" button on your radio. The CHRY02/PC-POD2 will even charge your iPod while it's plugged in. No more Cassette Adapters, FM Transmitters, or Cigarette Lighter Chargers. Compatibility & Notes: [These requirements must be met for this part to work]
1. The CHRY02/PC-POD2 is compatible with CD Changer control Radios with the following identifiers:
» Chrysler new 10-Pin square connector (found on the back of the radio)
» CD or Mode Button printed on faceplate
» Disc ^ on preset #1
2. NOT COMPATIBLE with Chrysler's “RBQ” (6-disc in-dash), “RB4” (Navigation Radio), "RAH" radio (will work with the "RB1" Navigation radio).
3. Vehicles with CD Changers must disconnect them to make room for this interface.
4. Radios with 8-pin DIN connector must use our CHRY98/PC-POD.
5. Display of artist, song name, etc is not possible. You will see "CD & Track" on the radio.
