The iSCH73 (formerly PAC iPac-CHY) was the first product capable of integrating iPod products into select 2004-08 Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep CAN-BUS Satellite ready factory radios. The iSCH73 is not only an iPod Adapter but also an auxiliary audio input for an MP3 player, DVD, Game, Walkman, Satellite Radio etc for late model Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep vehicles. It is compatible with Nano (1G, 2G, 3G, 4G), Photo,
Mini, Touch (1G, 2G), iPhone (1G, 3G) Classic etc. Using either the iPod click wheel or factory radio or steering wheel controls (if equipped), customers can track forward and back for songs as well as rewind and fast-forward them. And because the iSCH73 connects directly to the radio, it maintains the original quality sound. The iSCH73 also comes with an RCA jack and +12 volt output to add an auxiliary audio input (MP3, Portable Navigation, DVD, Game, Satellite tuner etc). Customers choose to select either their iPod or auxiliary input device to play through their factory radio. When selected through the radio, the iPod pauses and plays automatically. The iSCH73 even charges the iPod when it's connected and the vehicle is set to Accessory, Ignition or RAP.
