Product Description: PAC expands OEM integration with the introduction of an all-in-one Auxiliary input/CD Changer solution for select Mazda vehicles. Introducing the AAi-MAZ (formerly MAZASX). This interface provides two pairs of Stereo RCA inputs that are perfectly suited for Multimedia devices such as VCRs, DVD players and game systems, as well as portable music devices such as iPod, MP3, MD, or CD players. If only one audio device is needed the other input can be quickly and easily converted to accept the direct connection of an Alpine, Audiovox, or Sanyo CD Changer, in other words you can connect both a compatible CD Changer and a single auxiliary device OR two auxiliary devices. (The radio controls the CD Changer but will not control/charge the auxiliary device).
» Direct audio connection for optimal sound quality (no FM Modulator)
» Allows the 6 or 10-disc aftermarket changer (sold separately) to function exactly as the factory changer would.
» Dual application:
a- As an dual auxiliary input (Connect and play up to 2 Auxiliary audio device). OR
b- As a single Auxiliary input + CD changer interface (connect and play a single auxiliary device plus control an Alpine, Audiovox or Sanyo CD Changer)
» Adjustable audio input level (AUX1 and AUX2)
» Works in vehicles with or without the in-dash 6CD Changer radio.
Compatibility & Notes: [These requirements must be met for this part to work]
1. Compatible with the select 2004-07 Mazda vehicles listed in the pull-down menu.
2. Radios in the select vehicles MUST HAVE this 16-PIN connector.
3. Factory installed remote mounted CD Changer, XM tuner or CD/MP3 player, must be disconnect to use this interface. [the factory in-dash 6-CD Changer Radio is not compromised]

1. When used as an Auxiliary input adapters, the AAI-MAZ does not charge, control or display text on the radio. You must control the audio device from it's own buttons or remote control.
2. When used as CD Changer interface, the AAi-MAZ will allow you to control the CD Changer (sold separately) from the radio or steering wheel buttons.
