The New iSimple Dual Link (iSGM533 ver .816b) adapter gives users the option to connect up to two audio devices for 100% digital-quality sound on their factory radios from almost any type of portable audio device. In the past this was possible with an FM Modulator but the sound quality were inferior and interference levels were unacceptable. The iSGM533 Audio input adapter allows you to connect up to two audio devices to the factory radio in select 2005-09 Cobalt, Malibu, Malibu Maxx, G6 [ see complete Application Guide.]
The iSGM533 connects to the Satellite Radio Port on the factory radio to deliver 100% CD quality sound from your portable audio devices (MP3, DVD Audio, Satellite radio kits, computer, Game System, iPod, Zune etc).
Is the radio in your vehicle compatible with the iSGM533 ?
Please open this APPLICATION GUIDE which list all compatible model/year vehicles. See Footnotes below for additional requirements. The applicable harness is "FREE" and included with purchase.

» Programmable for over 150 models (a vehicle specific harness is required for use in other applications).
» Factory radio must have a "BAND" or "XM" button to be compatible. Factory SAT (if so equipped) remains operational.

VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY & NOTES
1. Radios in listed vehicles must have a "BAND" or "XM" button on the face.
2. Unless otherwise stated (see Footnotes), compatible with Navigation Radios.
3. The iSGM533 works in conjunction with factory Satellite Radio. Installing the iSGM533 does not disable factory XM.
4. The iSGM533 is an AUDIO Adapter. As shipped It will *NOT* Charge or Control your audio device. You may connect play and charge iPod products using the iSPDC11 dock cable (no controls).
To charge and control iPod products from the radio you must purchase the iSGM573 iSmple Gateway or similar.

* 2009 Pontiac G6 - GM changed the radio halfway through the year so there are two harness possibilities in this vehicle. If the radio in the vehicle has a red display with a "SRCE" button on the face you are good to use the ISGM533. However if the radio in the vehicle has a large "DIAL" button in the middle with a "CAT" button you will need to use the ISGM532.
