Warranty Service Instructions
The Warranty card included with your product must be used to receive factory warranty
directly from the manufacturer. Products that do not include warranty card (Auxiliary interfaces, CD Changer interfaces etc) receive warranty service through Discount Car Stereo.com. Please
email for
instructions. Please include
your invoice number and as short
description of the problem. No returns will be accepted without
first contacting us for
instructions.

ALL RETURNS (IF QUALIFIED) ARE SUBJECT TO A 20%
RESTOCKING FEE. YOU MUST FIRST
OBTAIN AN RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) NUMBER PRIOR TO
RETURNING THE MERCHANDISE. ANY AND ALL
RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA WILL BE
REFUSED. RMA NUMBERS ARE ISSUED FOR
DEFECTIVE INCOMPATIBLE PARTS FOR
EXCHANGE OR REPAIR.

Returns policy in a
nutshell.
RMA's are given only if the parts
you ordered fails to work based on the
radio/vehicle requirements set forth
on our website. If an alternate product is not available we will receive a refund for the purchase
price.
Returns due to
incompatibility: Most parts
sold on our site will have a
list of compatible vehicles and
radio requirements. If your vehicle/radio
requirements are
not listed in the pull-down menu
or within the description, it is because the item is not
compatible or has not been
tested and approved for use. If you "think" it
will work because another
retailer said it would, or if a
friend said it would you
may purchase this part (s) at your
own risk. If the product does
not work you will not be
able to return it. We are here to help--
feel free to

first. If your vehicle/radio
meet all the requirement set
forth on the product page and
the part did not work, you may
return it for exchange, repair
or store credit. (no refunds).
We will email a prepaid label
within the first 7 days of
delivery, after the first 7
days you are responsible for
shipping the item (s) back to

Returns due to customer
ordering the wrong part:
We
do our best to provide as much
information available about the
products we sell including
information not supplied by the
manufacturer (enhanced user
manual, pictures and
description, radio/vehicle
compatibility, warnings etc). We
ask you take the time to read
the information carefully and check
that your radio and/or vehicle
meets the requirements for the
product to work. Those
requirements include certain
buttons on the radio face,
certain pin count on the
radio connector (a visual
inspection of the back of the
radio may be required)
especially if you drive a
domestic model (FORD, GM,
CHRYSLER). It
is important to check the radio
because they are instances in
which the original radio has
been changed and our
compatibility list will not
apply. If
for some reason you ordered the
wrong part, (not based on our
description or radio
requirements) you may return the
part (s) at your expense and
must agree to purchase the
correct part from us
subject to a 20% restocking fee..
They are no refunds for this
type of return.
Returns due to wrong
description: If an item list
your vehicle model and year, the
radio in your car
must also meet the
requirements set forth on the
product description [indicators
such as buttons, or number of
pin on the radio connectors must
be met for the product to work
in addition to the vehicles
make/year/model.] If you have
verified this info and the
product you purchased still does
not work/fit you may exchange the
part for a working part. We expect
to be given an opportunity to
find a suitable part--- If we are
not able to provide a working
part we will issue an RMA for
you to
return the part for a refund of
the purchased price.
Returns due to customer
changing their mind":
We ask that you purchase our
parts only if you are going to
use the item. RMA number are not
issued for "change of mind"
regardless if the item was not
opened. Thank you.
Defective products are repaired
or replaced at our discretion.
To receive Warranty repair, use
the Warranty card included with
your product. As an industry
standard shipping and handling
fees are non-refundable (no
exceptions).
Our
warranty and return policy is
valid only in the USA.
International customers may
order at your own risk. We will
not issue RMA numbers to
international customers , any
such returns will be refused.
