Imagine enjoying all the sound quality and video content of your iPod Video, iPhone, iTouch, Nano in your automobile while on your way to work or on that long family road trip. Play your favorite music videos (a TV/Monitor is required for video playback) for your passengers or play the latest cartoon on the rear seat entertainment system for the kids. You can now enjoy all you paid for. The iS79 also ensures that your iPod is always ready to go by charging while connected. Best of all, you can still operate your iPod from the clickwheel you've grown to love! (no control from the radio). iSimple iS79 connects to the dock connector and provides two stereo audio outputs and a single composite video output for iPods with Video playback only!. The provided cigarette lighter adapter provides power so that the iPod is charged while the car is in use. Its stereo audio outputs can be connected to the 3.5mm audio input jack on the dash or to many factory radio using an Auxiliary Input adapter sold separately. This iS79 is designed to deliver un-compromised AUDIO (All iPods) and VIDEO playback (iPods/iPhones with Video capability only) in a wide range of applications.

INSTALLATION DIAGRAM

Installation instructions:
1. Insert cigarette lighter plug into car receptacle
2. Connect the iPod dock connector to the iPod
3. Connect the 3.5mm plug or the Red/White RCA to the radio. If your radio does not have audio inputs,-- see our Auxiliary Input adapters
4. Connect the Yellow RCA Video output (for iPods that are Video capable) to a Monitor, TV or Screen featuring an RCA-type Video input.
5. Press the "AUX" button on the radio to listen to the iPod.

1. The iS79 is compatible with all 30-pin dock iPod/iPhone, however video output applies to those with Video capabilities only.
2. Compatible with Apple's Lightning Adapter for Audio only. This adapter does *NOT* support Video from Lightning devices.
3. The iS79 does *NOT* control or display text on the radio. It is used for Audio/Video and Charging (iPods)-- Does *not* charge regular MP3 players.

Defective returns:
Our return policy differs from than of other online merchants and we encourage all customer to read our Return policy page it in its entirety prior to ordering.
Defective returns are eligible for warranty repair or replacement service: Within the first 10 days, Discount Car Stereo will replace any defective or damaged part and provide a pre-paid return label (US Customers only). (Pre-paid labels are not issued for other return reasons).
After 10 days of receipt, customer covers return shipping cost, however we cover shipping cost to supplier/manufacturer, and to ship replacement back to you. If original purchase can't be replaced (discontinued etc), we reserve the right to provide a substitute part of higher or equal value. Any claims for missing parts must be made within 7 days of delivery.
