The AAi-KNW adapter Cable converts the CD Changer input on Kenwood Aftermarket Aux Ready head units to RCA. With this converter installed, you can connect any single audio device [ iPod, MP3, DVD, Satellite Radio, X-BOX, Playstation, Walkman etc.] that has a line output directly to the head unit without using an FM Modulator. You select your added source from the head unit and adjust the sound with the head units controls.

1. For Kenwood Aftermarket Radios with a "Setting the AUX" function Menu only.
2. The AAi-KNW (CA-C1AX) is 6 inches long with a 13-pin plug and female RCA terminals.
3. Kenwood CD Changer (if present) will have to be disconnected.

Some Kenwood radio are not compatible. In addition to 13-pin port, the Kenwood aftermarket radio MUST have Auxiliary Accessory Capabilities otherwise it will not recognize the connection.

Defective returns are eligible for warranty repair or replacement service: Within the first 10 days, Discount Car Stereo will replace any defective or damaged part and provide a pre-paid return label (US Customers only). (Pre-paid labels are not issued for other return reasons).
After 10 days of receipt, customer covers return shipping cost, however we cover shipping cost to supplier/manufacturer, and to ship replacement back to you. If original purchase can't be replaced (discontinued etc), we reserve the right to provide a substitute part of higher or equal value. Any claims for missing parts must be made within 7 days of delivery.
