Did you know Jaguar X100 and X308 audio systems are capable of supporting more attractive modern media formats such as streaming via Bluetooth? If you're adamant about keeping the audio system and vehicle as original possible while also being able to get up to speed with advancements in audio technology; then all you need is a Smartphone, a functioning CD auto changer and the BTA-JAG98 module (formerly A2D-JAG98). That's right!! The BTA-JAG98 retains original radio, auto CD auto changer, amplifier, DVD etc. to enabling Smartphone, Tablet, iPad, Echo Dot, Kindle etc. to provide crystal clear playback for music and other applications (e.g. Pandora, Apple music, Spotify, Deezer, SiriusXM, Waze etc.) on factory audio system (Premium or Standard). To install, simply connect module to CD plug in trunk (boot) or hatch, pair A2DP device, press "CD" button and enjoy. When in the mood for CD's, (CD auto changer remains connected and functional); simply press the Pause/Play button on included remote control or press pause button on audio device touch screen. The remote control track up/down, pause/play and volume buttons makes it possible to control audio device while keeping eyes on he road. Lastly, this new module includes a built-in USB charging port capable of supplying up to 2A or charging current that is sure to help keep your devices charged while on the road. Defective returns eligible for warranty repair or replacement service:
Within the first 10 days, Discount Car Stereo will replace any defective or damaged part and provide a pre-paid return label (US Customers only). (Pre-paid labels are not issued for other reasons).
After 10 days of receipt, customer covers return shipping cost, however we cover shipping cost to supplier/manufacturer, and also the cost to ship back to you. If original purchase can't be replaced (discontinued etc.), we reserve the right to provide a substitute part of higher or equal value. Any claims for missing parts must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Paying for a faster delivery method (e.g. Express mail, Priority mail etc.) for products requiring "assembly" does NOT speed up assembly (built by hand) time; however, it does speed up delivery time after shipment.

    I'm most impressed with the Bluetooth module provided by Discount Car Stereo allowing me to automatically connect with my iPhone and play music in my 2003 Jaguar XKR. The install was straight forward; literally 'plug and play'. What I am most pleased about is the sound quality. It's easily as good as the CD unit but without the annoying jumps that occur (in my car at least) when driving over the ubiquitous potholes in the road that we enjoy here in the UK!
    I would have no hesitation in recommending this product if you are considering this approach.

    The sound quality and ease of install is really amazing! This is such a valuable upgrade to my Jaguar XK8. It gave me Bluetooth connectivity without any modifications to the car. Everything original and still be able to play my vast collection of music in my car. The CD changer with 6 CD's gets stale really quick, so I can recommend this to anyone looking to add streaming music connectivity to an otherwise pretty much perfect car. Switching from CD to Bluetooth is smooth and seems to be relay-operated. So no loss of quality whatsoever. Thumbs up to this little box.

    I purchased the A2D JAG98 and it is outstanding. Discount Car Stereo is a first class seller.. I have a 2006 Jaguar XK8 convertible with a CD player in the trunk. This product was so simple to install and it worked flawlessly first time. The sound quality of the Bluetooth streaming is amazing. The device is installed simply between the CD player cable. You unplug the OEM cable and this installs between the CD player and the audio head unit all in the trunk. The CD player still works normally. To stream Bluetooth you just pair your phone and the streaming music come through the Stereo with the CD player selected. To go back to the CD player, you just turn off the Bluetooth on your phone. It’s amazing. The Staff at Discount car stereo is outstanding. My 2006 Jaguar now streams music from all apps on my phone plus the turn by turn directions when using the navigation apps. This is an Outstanding product.
