Our returns policy differs from than of other online merchants so we encourage everyone to read the returns policy page it in its entirety prior to ordering.
Defective returns eligible for warranty repair or replacement service:
Within the first 10 days, Discount Car Stereo will replace any defective or damaged part and provide a pre-paid return label (US Customers only). (Pre-paid labels are not issued for other reasons).
After 10 days of receipt, customer covers return shipping cost, however we cover shipping cost to supplier/manufacturer, and also the cost to ship back to you. If original purchase can't be replaced (discontinued etc.), we reserve the right to provide a substitute part of higher or equal value. Any claims for missing parts must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Gone are the days when customer needed to call or email to obtain shipping rates. At Discount Car Stereo.com, shipping rates are automated and calculated in real time and are dependent on cart contents, weight and destination.

We are a family owned and operated specialty store and as such every effort is made to get your order processed and shipped at soon as possible; but because 95% of our offerings require assembly (built based on options selected at checkout); additional time (usually 2-4 working days) is required after which time orders are shipped using shipping method selected at checkout. Products requiring assembly includes this graphic and reminder warning message at the bottom of product description page.
Paying for a faster delivery method (e.g. Express mail, Priority mail etc.) for products requiring "assembly" does NOT speed up assembly (build) time; however, it does speed up delivery time.
Delivery time for in stock products requiring assembly= Assembly time (2-4 working days) + transit time (shipping method).

Except for Priority Mail Express® (Overnight Delivery*), USPS delivery times for Priority Mail® and USPS Ground Advantage™ are estimates and are not guaranteed; however delivery to most states is between 2-7 working days.
International orders require additional paperwork and processing time (5-10 days) prior to shipping and due to many factors (custom inspections, carrier changeovers etc. ) we care not able to determine delivery times .
